Must hold current DV security clearance.
My client support approximately 800 users and receive over 1400 calls per month. The on-site 1st and 2nd line support teams are required to managed fault calls, business change requests and systems and networks support to deadline in accordance with the SLA.
Job Purpose & Accountabilities:
Reporting to the 1st line Manager on a daily basis, the new incumbent will provide Operations and desktop support to the user community. The candidate will be required to respond to fault calls within the contractual SLA. The candidate will also remain specifically responsible for the answering and logging of calls received from customers.
